Quality Control process:

l The first people on the production line will check the kettle body, if have serious scratches, he will select it and put it on the defective area, then return back to supplier.

l Silk printing: silk print one by one and check it if OK then put the silk on the high temperature to make it fixed to the kettle more indelibly.

l Function test position: once the kettle finished assemble, we will arrange test kettle if can function well by boiling water one by one. Only those function well can run to next position.

l Power consumption test, Hit-pot test and Ground test: all the function well kettle will do the hit-pot test and Ground test, and then check if the power consumption can consistent with the rating lable.

l Clean: wear gloves and wipe out the dirty inside and outside, the dirty can’t be removed will be selected out and place it in the defective area.

l Outlook check and assemble check: before packed in to PE bag and giftbox, we have arranged a QC to check the outlook to avoid the dirty one and bad assemble one packed into the giftbox and run into the market.

l Regularly check: Line QC will select a lot of samples on the line or in the packed carton box and take to inspection room to do the full check, to find if any defectives in the samples. If any, to calculate the defective rate to see if in the AQL and if can accept. If not, should inform the engineer to find the way to solve it.
